Giving a 1 star, bcuz if even tho the ladies at the front were very nice, especially Trinity. The “manager” Juan, was very very rude. Went to cash a check for $9800 from a vehicle sale. The assistant vice president, Juan Rios, said they don’t keep enough money to cash a check THAT BIG?!?!?!?! You don’t have 10k? Told me to call him back every day to see if they have enough. I’m gonna send the check BACK to the customer, and repossess my truck. He can take up with 5/3 bank.
Honestly the worst service I have ever had trying to open up a bank checking account. I have tried online, I have tried in the store which the bank teller was on lunch. I have tried calling and keep getting the runaround on the phone with nobody answering. I honestly have never been so dissatisfied with a banking company Ever! Their website needs work, their automated system needs work, and they just need people to actually open up a bank account - I can do this online with multiple banks with over 200 Banks probably more th... read more
