This Fifth Third is my favorite branch! The Hunt Rd. Kroger 5/3 is the only branch I go to when I need to speak to someone in-person. The employees are always both professional and kind. Zoe went above and beyond for me, trying to and finding documents I desperately needed…on a time crunch. She is phenomenal!

Don't bother taking an appointment. It seems to be first come first served. We had an appointment of 6 PM and reached there at 5:57 PM. There was another person in the chamber with the banker who came out at 6:25 and then another person went in ahead of us. We finally got to get in at 6:40. And we were standing all this time because there was just one chair, and it was occupied. Edit: We had clearly told the banker that my wife didn't have an SSN. She opened the bank nonetheless.
