The people that work here are so nice!
Very disappointing experience, our customer had reached out to us in regards to purchase of a UTV. When the customer tried to make the transaction. Apparently the banker decided, based purely on a personal “hunch,” that our dealership might be a scam and then persuaded the customer to not do business with us.
Not understanding most previous reviews.. After being with Fifth Third Bank for simply a mortgage, now for approximately close to 15 years, we have had not a single issue, when needing to speak to someone and getting very clear answers in response.
