My grandparents opened up a CD account that would accumulate interest all throughout my life for me to claim when I turned 18. The amount of games this bank has put me through the last 8 years is shameful... Other than forcing me to show them more than once their death certificates in order cash in the CD. Refused to show me any paperwork at the age of 26 associated with the CD because, to them, legally speaking, I am still a minor because I'm listed as a "minor owner" on the CD account. and last but not least, when I got th... read more
