During work hours 2 pm banker was not available for a simple business procedure. The only one available bank teller was not able to tell me when the “banker” comes back from lunch ( maybe 10-15 min or more), so I guess they truly keep bankers hours not caring about being at work to serve customers. Very disappointing.
Not open on Saturdays? Please think about changing this. This is a busy area.
Macy is a great addition to this branch. She is always friendly and willing to help!
