Useless bank. There’s always an issue banking with 5/3.
I'm confused by the negative reviews. I've been a bank customer for 30 years and this is one of the best, if not the best, I've banked at. Linda the bank manager and her team go over and beyond for me. I posted a review 5 years ago and I'm still beyond happy with this branch.

When I opened my account with Fifth Third bank in Ponte Vedra beach I opened it with Brian Skorstad. It was refreshing at the time because Brian told me that we are past the days of banks putting holds on checks because ACH is instant. Well that turned out to be a false statement. I deposited two checks and was told the funds would be available on Jan 3. Then when I went into the branch this morning I was told now it will be Jan 10th.
