Was told to visit local branch by 53rd customer service. Went to bank needing to finish up some issues relating to my account being compromised. Was told I needed an appointment. So I went home called 53rd and was able to resolve the issue within 15 minutes. This isn't how to operate as the only branch in the county. I needed help not the excuses offered.
They are very polite and very respectful and friendly and whenever I have a question they have an answer and they haven’t been wrong since! I love banking with 5/3rd Bank and I will continue to due so. Thank you for all the kindness and hard work you put into keeping mine and my husbands account safe at all costs!!
