Had an appointment with a rep only to show up and be told they're unable to help and that we need to set it up ourselves online. Would have been nice to be given this information on the phone instead of wasting our time. And BTW, the air fresheners in your building are toxic, as bad as second hand smoke. Please consider your customers health.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I deposited my check on November 19. They put a hold on it until November 29th. Even though the check has been sent and cleared from fidelity and processed by 5/3. 5/3 lied and said fidelity sent an alert the check might not clear and that's why they placed a hold. When I spoke with fidelity there was no such alert on the check and it was sent processed and cleared on the 20th of November. 5/3 is refusing to allow me access to my money until the 29th. I never had a problem with Fifth Third or their ATM.
Sad I even have to give them 1 star. They are horrible, unfriendly, liers and thieves. Stole money from mine and my daughters accounts. I'll never use them again. Ya want a reliable bank go else where.
