I am extremely happy with Fifth Third ! I'm a new customer & I've have received such great customer service after opening my account online , I had to go into the branch for a ATM card & the service was excellent. Not only does fifth third offer a $350 dollar incentive(which I received after my 2nd deposit & it was not supposed to be after 90 days to open my checking account I have bankers going out of thier way to email me that if I need anything to please let them know ! I'm not sure why everyone isn't with this bank ! Gre... read more

Every experience I've had at this bank has been excellent, until this week. They recently got a new ATM and it does not allow you to make cash deposits.. pretty lame for a state of the art ATM machine. I tried to contact the bank 2 days ago to ask for information on why I cannot make cash deposits and they have yet to get back to me. - edit by me, apparently I jumped the gun on being put off about the new ATM not accepting cash deposits. With the new ATM, it took some time to work out some bugs. Used the ATM over the weekend... read more
