Kevin Devaux. LEAD CSR…. I never have a nice experience with him when I do my deposits. I work for an apartment complex so I have to deposit rent checks. There are times where I have 7-8 deposits, i get it can be a pain but let me tell you he makes sure you’re aware that he’s annoyed by it. Always asking his coworkers “will you take some she has like 7 here” and he’s always rushing thru them and getting upset when it jams. And never smiling. The branch manager... Becky is the rudest most abrasive person we have ever dealt with at a bank. The rest of the staff has been wonderful.
Everyone is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help you out.
