This location refuses to help customers if it is near the end of the day. You could just lock the doors a half hour before closing or whenever you start refusing service for the day. This is not my usual location thankfully, and I don’t usually need to go to the bank later in the day. We have had personal and business accounts at 5/3 for many years and have never experienced this at any other location.
Had a great experience on a Monday morning. In and out with everything I needed. The two tellers at the front desk were incredibly friendly and personable.
They are so nice and attentive!
