They should hire people who speak Portuguese because there are many Brazilians in this place and there's a lack of resources for them.
The vibe in this bank is not a good one. When you need help it's always a bother, especially if it is T.J.. He wants you to call customer service on your own, he does not want to be bothered even though you drove all the way in. Previous I had a horrible experience with an Indian lady whom I could not understand. The banks IT is terrible which means frequent visits to the bank. Called to open a bank account because I got a promotional offer in the mail. Made to wait after being told that I had to come by a specific time. Finally after being seen, I was told they can't open an account because I opened the account twice in my lifetime. The only places I have closed them is at Fifth-Third and CitiBank because of the terrible experience. Thought I would try again but guess that's not an option.
I've been dealing with this location for 12 years. It's always been wonderful. Especially with Alejandro who knew me and addressed me by name (I come here a lot). The past two years has been a horrible experience. Alejandro had left and moved to a higher position, but things have changed here. When I cash a higher check and ask for 100 dollar bills they never seem to have those bills...only 20s.
