I love this bank when I first opened account at this bank Paula helped me out and she hooked me up with direct deposit and early pay thank you other bank staff for being friendly
They should hire people who speak Portuguese because there are many Brazilians in this place and there's a lack of resources for them.
The vibe in this bank is not a good one. When you need help it's always a bother, especially if it is T.J.. He wants you to call customer service on your own, he does not want to be bothered even though you drove all the way in. Previous I had a horrible experience with an Indian lady whom I could not understand. The banks IT is terrible which means frequent visits to the bank. Downside, expect to wait for things to happen...new cards, refunds to your account and basically anything dealing with paperwork. An upside, sometime... read more
Called to open a bank account because I got a promotional offer in the mail. Made to wait after being told that I had to come by a specific time. Finally after being seen, I was told they can't open an account because I opened the account twice in my lifetime. The only places I have closed them is at Fifth-Third and CitiBank because of the terrible experience. Thought I would try again but guess that's not an option.
