The vibe in this bank is not a good one. When you need help it's always a bother, especially if it is T.J.. He wants you to call customer service on your own, he does not want to be bothered even though you drove all the way in. Previous I had a horrible experience with an Indian lady whom I could not understand. The banks IT is terrible which means frequent visits to the bank. Called to open a bank account because I got a promotional offer in the mail. Made to wait after being told that I had to come by a specific time. Finally after being seen, I was told they can't open an account because I opened the account twice in my lifetime. The only places I have closed them is at Fifth-Third and CitiBank because of the terrible experience. Thought I would try again but guess that's not an option.
I've been dealing with this location for 12 years. It's always been wonderful. Especially with Alejandro who knew me and addressed me by name (I come here a lot). The past two years has been a horrible experience. Alejandro had left and moved to a higher position, but things have changed here. When I cash a higher check and ask for 100 dollar bills they never seem to have those bills...only 20s. Had an appointment with the financial banker Eddie on Tuesday at 3:00pm. Arrived to find out Eddie is no longer with the company as of 5 days ago. No one thought to get in touch with the clients on his schedule. Talked to a Sobi Dixon, personal banker II and she stated that no one took over his client schedule. “I’m sure glad I did not have some financial deadline that needed to be kept.” So I said she already had a 3:00 o’clock appointment and I would just have to re-schedule.
