The staff is friendly, but if you want to have to have the most MISERABLE time as a customer at a bank then fifth third should be your place. They should change their motto to “making your like a fifth third harder” charging me to cash a check at my own bank, a check waiting 2 weeks to clear for no reason. Since I’ve opened my account I’ve had nothing but shitty experiences at every location. Can’t wait till my funds clear so I can pull my money out and close my account
Regardless of the low rating, I visited this branch at Swann Ave and I couldn't be more satisfied. I started by contacting them by phone and the response was so polite and helpful that I decided to visit them. If all the complains about the rudeness of their representatives were true, they must have a new Manager and new employees because the 3 ladies there were pleasant, courteous, polite, very helpful and friendly. The worst branch ever the lady here her name is Deseetri is very mean and very unhelpful and such a mean person. She kept me waiting in her room for about half an hour and kept telling her I am in a hurry and she is on her computer not telling me what is going on. At the end I left her office and I had to go to another branch to get what I want:
