I wish I could leave 0 stars. Every single experience I have had going to this location has been terrible. The tellers have the worst attitudes. Especially whoever was Teller #2 on 3/31/25 and the other teller assisting this day. They are always so rude, never friendly, and I always leave there feeling awful for the way I’m treated. Shame on you.
I absolutely hate doing business at this 5/3. After today, I am switching banks. The tellers here ruin your experience every time. They have horrible attitudes, treat you as if you’re some inconvenience to them, and are disrespectful. I have never had a good experience here and I’m done trying. Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people.
Never had a bad banking experience in Shorewood until now. Cannot believe they keep this place open. Double check the advertising before going there. Bad attitudes to boot. Love Chase more than ever now. BMO is also super straight and friendly.
