Avoid. Dont do business with 5th3rd unless only option. Sub-par service and fraud protection is laughable. Website is consistently not working on various browsers and app is just as unreliable. Was a customer over 10 years but am in process of switching
I'm a new member of 5th 3rd bank and I'm very happy to have made the switch. Huy d Nyguyen os my personal banker and I couldn't appreciate him more, the whole team there is awesome.
I went in with a few questions about my bank account and asking for documents. Abigail was so much help answering all of my questions and made sure everything got taken care of. Will definitely be returning to this location.
