Let me be clear, my review is of 5/3 as a whole, not this branch (this just happens to be the branch I use) At the suggestion of my employer I opened account with them a week ago and WOW.. PLEASE do not do business with this bank, I’ve never seen such a pathetic bank in my entire life. If you want to wait 13 days for checks from your employer &/or fortune 1000 companies to clear, this is the bank for you. Who needs their money right away anyways, right? They promised to give the $225 new checking account bonus. I opened the account the first week of May 2023. It’s November 2023 and I have NOT received the bonus. So I tried calling the bank and the banker said the manager will reach out to me at the end of the day. No one called and 2 weeks later I called the bank multiple times but no one answers any of my calls. Stay away from these kind of banks.
Horrible service. Incompetent workers, do not care and provide incorrect information. If you want to save time do not go there.
