I’ve been doing business here for about three months, and so far I am unimpressed. I called with a question, and had to wait hours for someone to call me back. Told me they’ll get back to me… Hours later I’m still waiting for that call.I’ve done business with another bank for 30 years. We have been customer of this Brach for many many years. Very helpful staff. Very happy with their service.
Bank changed CD rate from what was listed on the website and would not give cash when closing the account, made me get a cashier’s check and charged 10.00 for the check and would not waive the fee. TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, BEWARE !!!!!
Unfortunately, I can't leave ZERO STARS... the Fifth-Third claims to deliver banking "a fifth-third better"... but what they really deliver is non-existent & poor client services. Period. Absolutely awful. All the Time. Set up a transfer of funds today, only to find out, their "security dept" stopped the transfer an hour later. No explanation. On hold with their "Preferred Client Services Line" for about 2 hours to speak with someone to fix the problem. Finally gave up.
