If you are in a hurry, I'd say don't go to this branch. The older ladies at the counter would work so slowly and every time I went there was some sort of line. The manager was the only one saving that place. He was always friendly and tried to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.
I’ve been doing business here for about three months, and so far I am unimpressed. I called with a question, and had to wait hours for someone to call me back. Told me they’ll get back to me… Hours later I’m still waiting for that call.I’ve done business with another bank for 30 years. This bank has rude employees,I am not sure why.
We have been customer of this Brach for many many years. Very helpful staff. Very happy with their service.
Bank changed CD rate from what was listed on the website and would not give cash when closing the account, made me get a cashier’s check and charged 10.00 for the check and would not waive the fee. TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, BEWARE !!!!!
