Awesome teller
Hello everyone, I do not normally do reviews my children are big review people, but this location the gentleman Abed was great working alone, he multi-task with customers and handled us all with a smile and perfect customer service. He was helpful and took care of all that I needed with ease and made my experience outstanding, next to my normal bank I will be coming back here if needed, he made me feel great and my day just got better. WORST BANK EVER! I cannot wait to get my money out of this bank. They place holds on checks for no reason whatsoever. I received a check from a 401k distribution FROM MESIROW and they won't give me my money. Also, a check from the State of IL Treasurer. Here's the kicker: if I provide them with a bank statement showing the monoey has been taken from the state's account, they can release my funds.
