WORST BANK EVER! I cannot wait to get my money out of this bank. They place holds on checks for no reason whatsoever. I received a check from a 401k distribution FROM MESIROW and they won't give me my money. Also, a check from the State of IL Treasurer. Here's the kicker: if I provide them with a bank statement showing the monoey has been taken from the state's account, they can release my funds. If I could give negative number it would be negative 100 53third in general is absolute trash I regret ever opening and account with them you are better off sticking your money in your mattress
I am a customer since 2019 opened up an account and made a new phone number on my account due to getting a new phone. However I have had issues ever since and even before that they have no customer service respect do not return phone calls do not know what department you should go to. They tell you to contact the local branch and then the local branch shows you to contact the fraud department or contact this department they always bound to go around.
