I had a very upsetting experience at this Fifth Third Bank branch. Even though it was our first time visiting, the staff member who assisted us spoke to us in a rude and dismissive way from the moment we arrived. Her behavior made us feel targeted and discriminated against, and the entire interaction felt extremely uncomfortable. Because of how we were treated, I do not recommend this branch at all. I suggest going to another bank where customers are treated with basic respect.

Well I had and always have had a great experience! Colette is very helpful and I trusted her with my financial planning, opening accounts for my children and also some ideas on college savings and retirement accounts. She went above and beyond to explain and offer these services to me! You can tell she has the experience and knowledge for her position and I recommend you speak with her when you visit this branch.

I called customer service becuase I wad having an issue sending money through their app with zelle (the last 4 months no issues) and they direct me to call zelle that they have nothing to do with it and they cant fix it. I call zelle and they tell me it's the bank and they set the daily limits. Zelle 3 way calls the bank, we get put on hold only to be told there is nothing the bank can do. I call the bank back again and the same lady from the 1st time tells me yet again. Its zelle problem. I will be taking my money somewhere... read more

That blonde lady with the crazy lip injections has a very nasty attitude. Go see for yourself… I asked her what the date was when I was writing my check and she tells me well “look up it’s right in front of you.” I said “well you could’ve just told me the 20th.” Is it not quicker and kinder to do so? Yes. Did she choose passive aggression anyway? Yes.

I went there on Oct. 4, 2025 at 11:30 AM to open a promotional checking account. I went to the front counter and told the person there that I would be waiting in the waiting area for a personal banker to open an account for me..The blond haired personal banker just finished with two customers.
