Awful bank! Just awful
Banker was very rude and didn't take the time to answer my questions..Iam changing banks for sure.Romeoville branch,The tellers are nice here but they need to talk to the Banker about professional customer service
Very discriminatory, and racist, wouldn’t let me withdraw my own money, after walking in the bank and showing my ID card, answering all 3 security questions, showing extra ID card. Telling me, they’re doing that to protect my account. I’m in the banking hall with my bank card, check book and ID cards, what else did they need from me?? Simply because I’m withdrawing $5000?
