Very poor costumer service only two people working, the lady instead of work and helping Zach. Came in for some paperwork the lady in the front desk was rude and the manager was useless . call the bank and nobody answers straight to the voicemail. The only helpful person in this bank it’s Zach . Manager always too busy to help customers with meetings” .

A few years ago I came into this branch to open up a checking account and was openly greeted by everyone there and treated with respect. All my questions were answered and the process was painless and swift. Bassma took care of me then and recently I went back there to inquire about some other services that I had interest in. She once again took care of me by answering all my questions and offered a lot of viable suggestions regarding my inquiries and even added some that I had not even thought of. I had a very upsetting experience at this Fifth Third Bank branch. Even though it was our first time visiting, the staff member who assisted us spoke to us in a rude and dismissive way from the moment we arrived. Her behavior made us feel targeted and discriminated against, and the entire interaction felt extremely uncomfortable. Because of how we were treated, I do not recommend this branch at all. I suggest going to another bank where customers are treated with basic respect.

Well I had and always have had a great experience! Colette is very helpful and I trusted her with my financial planning, opening accounts for my children and also some ideas on college savings and retirement accounts. She went above and beyond to explain and offer these services to me! You can tell she has the experience and knowledge for her position and I recommend you speak with her when you visit this branch.
