Very discriminatory, and racist, wouldn’t let me withdraw my own money, after walking in the bank and showing my ID card, answering all 3 security questions, showing extra ID card. Telling me, they’re doing that to protect my account. I’m in the banking hall with my bank card, check book and ID cards, what else did they need from me?? Simply because I’m withdrawing $5000? It worked! Easy to use with all available options eg how many bills you want.
Open my checking account online. After no activity for 12 months, they charged me 5 dollars and I only had .72 cents in the account. So the refunded 4.28 of the 5 dollar charge and took my .72 cents and closed my account. I talked to the online chat and said I have a 50 dollar deposit coming in from another bank and asked them to reopen my account and redeposit the .72 cents they took. They said I have to go to a local branch and do it. I told them I've never been in a local beach as I opened the checking account online. The... read more
