This is not directed to anyone at this branch, they have always been more than helpful to me. Your main call center is another thing. I have been arguing with this financial institution for several months about a prepayment penalty on a loan that I paid off early. I asked for it to be waved as a good faith customer retention measure only to be told by Josh at 513-358-4438 that there was nothing that could be done to wave the fee and would not escalate my call further.
