Came in with a 2 year about to pee his pants. Begged the lady at the counter. She told me to go to Meijer, and of course He peed his pants before we got there. I understand that it may have been policy. But she didn’t have to be rude, and I wanted everyone to know how fifth third treats families
I went to 5,3 bank to open an account they asked me if I had an appointment I said no. But there was one lady teller was not doing anything so she helped me open an account without having an appointment she was very sweet and kind. The only problem I had was their ATM machine. I had to pay rent which was $400 and it took me 4 times to withdraw my money their ATM needs to be upgraded thank you
Their policies are predatory and aim to extort their customers. They will charge you for leaving money in the bank untouched, and institute a "poor tax" for overdrawn balances. Unethical and slimey. Staff is fine and cordgible. Corporate policy deserves to fail.
Waterford location. Tried to cash a check that was a fifth third check. They wanted 5% of my check. Marjorie was very rude. Josh the manager said " then go to the Clarkston branch ". I am never going to a fifth third bank ever.
It’s 4:00pm June 12. I entered the Waterford branch noticing the large beautiful branch and wondered how the bank survives as the building was empty sans one “banker” hiding in an office avoiding eye contact. I approached the counter and discovered the reason the bank was empty. The two women serving as the first contact to any customer did not want to be there.
