I went in to see if I could open a checking account and a white woman told me that I needed to call to set an appointment. She wrote down a number on the back of there business card. When I got home I called the number and the number just led me to a busy signal. I don't ever plan on putting my hard earned money into this new bank and I might put my direct deposits back into chase.
Got a call from them about a fraud alert and was told to call back. When I did (during business hours) I was told to "call back later". really?
The call center bounces you around and you never get anywhere. Wasting 1/2 hour on hold. I paid for a stop payment and the payment still went through!
