This bank is terrible. My boyfriend has an account here, and was locked out of his account for trying to log in through my phone when his phone died. He’s been locked out of it for WEEKS because when he answers the security questions they say it’s wrong. The main one being “what town/city did you make your account at?” He’ll say this location (woodridge) and they’ll say it’s wrong every time and fail to get him in. Was reasonable and professional service. One have to realize now you need appointments to make it is not 80s anymore with 20 tellers.

I love going to this bank. I have gone to a few branches. They have been great. This location on 63rd have always been kind and helpful. Staff is friendly and always do a great job. Peter I have known for over 20 years always has a great attitude along with his staff. He is very helpful and I am never disappointed ever going to this location. Great people great service.
