Unfortunately there is so much turn over and always new faces. The young guy who works there does his best but can have an attitude. Shows unprofessionalism when he is in a stressful situation and doesn't know the answers to questions. His name is Mo I think. He is young. He will improve over time I'm sure. Just was an uncomfortable experience and I went to another branch that helped me out greatly.
I went to this branch to talk to a personal banker. Ryan Jungers was the one who was available. He was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, patient, and worked to make sure that all my needs were met. My situation was a little complicated, so anytime he wasn’t sure of something he made sure to speak to an expert.
