People go to bank branches to get issues resolved — unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. The lady in the second room on the left from the entrance was extremely cold and unhelpful. She came across as irritated, unprofessional, and uninterested in assisting. Absolutely awful business (corporate). They use bait and switch practices, have disingenuous statements, and have awful customer service. It is not worth banking here; you are a number and nothing more. Make sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we can show them the extent of their poor service.
I opened a relationship money market account and it took a few weeks to transfer money due to the international customer service who could not figure out why my funds were being blocked from transferring from another bank. I finally had to visit the branch at the request of the international reps. Even within the bank, the banker had to call customer service and it took two people to finally tell me it was my outside bank blocking the transfer.
