I opened my account at the Carrollwood branch on July 30, 2025 and was told by two employees that my check might be able to be cashed before depositing, depending on the system. The next day, I went to the Wiregrass branch (closer to home) to try. No one would even attempt to run the check — I was told I had to deposit it with no other option. Best branch and unbelievable customer service! To the commenter who stated that an employee called her on her birthday, that is a common practice and another way that the bank goes out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service. I enjoy receiving the call on my birthday! That’s too bad that the intention was misconstrued.
