You are lucky u r even getting a star! To be honest! I can’t believe this! I deposited a Fl. certified check — to avoid the fees I figured. Since it is a certified Fl. check it would clear within 24 hrs. — I was just told by Nathem or whatever his name is — That there is a hold on the check till the fringing 7th? Don’t bank with these people. Save your time and energy and go to a more reputable bank. So many annoying problems with this bank. I changed my phone number and they still have my old number even though I updated it with the bank multiple times. The transactions on my end are not the same as transactions on there end. Dates don’t align. They can’t see some transactions i see on the app. And vice versa, I cant see some transactions that they mention to me over the phone. It’s very sad when you take a check from your 401k to deposit in your account that you have had for over 20 years and the teller and bank flags your check as fraudulent. Then the bank proceeds to freeze ALL of your assets and puts a $500,000 hold on ALL your accounts for 3 days. This happened to my husband. He went immediately to speak to the bank manager AND provided the promissory note from his 401k and yet she could do nothing for him.
