The cashier was very slow take too many time to make my payment short staff
I went into this branch location today after attempting the OBT location. Anita Davis was wonderful in assisting me in opening a new account! All of the staff was extremely friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, I would recommend this branch location for sure. I am very happy to have come here today! Thank-you again for getting me set up!
Nobody will answer the phone at the rock springs rd location. Avoid this branch. Lazy.
You are lucky u r even getting a star! To be honest! I can’t believe this! I deposited a Fl. certified check — to avoid the fees I figured. Since it is a certified Fl. check it would clear within 24 hrs. — I was just told by Nathem or whatever his name is — That there is a hold on the check till the fringing 7th? I wish I would have known that at the time i was going to deposit it. I would have just cashed my check and went about my business — I have been waiting for this claim to be resolved for 2 frigging years! I have obl... read more
