The customer service sucks the manager is racist along with the employees they denied my services all because of no id when there is a protocol for customers to come in and verify who they are when trying any transactions with the bank the teller jacqulyn Moore screamed I don’t feel comfortable without id n neglected me my right to verify my self do not bank here I’ve been a customer almost 10 years and never had any problems till now and am dissatisfied with the service here

DON’T BANK HERE!!!! I am a senior citizen new to Live Oak neighborhood in Oviedo. The Alafaya Woods branch vice president, Matt Barsoum, is a bully who has no ethical acumen and cannot be trusted. I caught him in multiple lies from March through May 2026. After calling these issues out to him, he retaliated against me and immediately locked me out of my and my mamas accounts by opening a risk operations claim.
