DON’T BANK HERE!!!! I am a senior citizen new to Live Oak neighborhood in Oviedo. The Alafaya Woods branch vice president, Matt Barsoum, is a bully who has no ethical acumen and cannot be trusted. I caught him in multiple lies from March through May 2026. After calling these issues out to him, he retaliated against me and immediately locked me out of my and my mamas accounts by opening a risk operations claim. We've had our business account here for 5 years, and we had to move to Chase. The customer service across the board was terrible. No follow up, their processes are slow and inefficient, and the management at this branch is rude. Whenever we've had an issue, it has literally taken weeks and many phone calls to get resolved. We will not do any further business with 53. I recommend that upper level management reconsider who they have in charge of this branch.
