We've had our business account here for 5 years, and we had to move to Chase. The customer service across the board was terrible. No follow up, their processes are slow and inefficient, and the management at this branch is rude. Whenever we've had an issue, it has literally taken weeks and many phone calls to get resolved. We will not do any further business with 53. I recommend that upper level management reconsider who they have in charge of this branch.
