I entered this bank today asking for help with an insurance claim check. I wanted to open an account and deposit the check. I discussed these matters with Matt Barsoum and he suggested I visit my regular bank for this deposit. I explained to him I was only interested in this bank and he gave me every reason to take my business elsewhere. He stated they would not accept the check without several requested items and a review process that could take up to six months. Needs new management, the service at this branch is very slow! Also “Jeff” who I believe is a “Personal Banking Associate” should be evaluated by upper management not sure if he’s fit for the job!
