The staff here are great! But i was rather disapointed when Fifth Third automatically closed my credit card account simply because I did not use it for a period of 2 years. I must have missed a piece of mail. In my opinion, if you can automate an account cancellation (which negatively affects my credit!) you can automate a simple phone call to make me aware. Seems like they don't want me as a customer so i simply won't be.

i’ve had my 5/3 account for over a year. I made a deposit into my account on 10/2/2024 and they are saying my check won’t be available until 10/11/2024. how can they hold my money from me ? checks usually clear in 2 business days. this bank is awful. when my check clears i’ll be withdrawing everything and closing my account. would not recommend this bank to anyone
