I've been banking with 5/3 since I was around 16 years old. I'm 27 today. I've never had a bad experience with 5/3 except for their ATM's being out of order and their locations that were closer to me closing. Their online banking services work well and whenever I have to go into the bank, the bankers working are all friendly and smiles. I suggest 5/3 to anyone in need of a bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. The company is horrible too.
The staff here are great! But i was rather disapointed when Fifth Third automatically closed my credit card account simply because I did not use it for a period of 2 years. I must have missed a piece of mail. In my opinion, if you can automate an account cancellation (which negatively affects my credit!) you can automate a simple phone call to make me aware. Seems like they don't want me as a customer so i simply won't be.
