Fifth Third Bank is friendly and courteous! Is that first person serious? Fifth Third Bank, particularly this location on Lincoln Ave. is great. The staff is friendly, I have never thought of these people as deceitful! Maybe he/she just had a bad day and took it out on the staff. I work in retail so I deal with these types of people on a daily basis. I know the type they just want to complain, just to complain. I feel bad that this was written about such a great staff. Fifth Third Bank is AMAZING! The tellers and managers at this branch are the best iv ever dealt with! The person who wrote the review before me must be some kind of psycho! everyone at that bank treats u like family when u walk in they know ur name and talk to u as if you had been life long friends. Everytime iv walked in iv felt right at home and the tellers are hilarious! I always leave with a smile on my face BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
