Worse bank everrr. I went there to cash a check I have , I don’t have a bank account with them, teller told they will charge me 2% to cash it , my check amount was little over 8k , so over $165 for fees… sick bank, all other bank they will charge flat fee of $10 don’t matter of the amount

I have been a customer of fifththird for many many years. While they have some issues. I am still giving them 4 stars. This location is great. Employees have come and gone but for the most part they have been very attentive to any transaction and banking needs and concerns. I chose another bank (Bank of America) to have for diversity and safety of my small monies. Well needless to say I closed that account. Never once did i go to deposit and they're ATM works that's 2 days in a row and once i even called nationals and told them. But no change. Don't recommend to anyone trying to open an account in this branch.

Would not Bank at this location although closer to my home. Atm was not accepting deposits, went into Branch lobby. Teller did not acknowledge my presence; no gretting or thank you after my deposit was made although she was made aware of the Atm not functioning and it being an inconvenience. She was deep into chit chatting with the male teller and maybe felt like I was taking her away from the conversation.
