This company is horrible Melvin customer service manager says they can only help customers, if the bank makes a mistake. The 5/3 policy is no help due to customer issues regardless if they've never missed a payment in over 20 years.

Worse bank everrr. I went there to cash a check I have , I don’t have a bank account with them, teller told they will charge me 2% to cash it , my check amount was little over 8k , so over $165 for fees… sick bank, all other bank they will charge flat fee of $10 don’t matter of the amount
I have been a customer of fifththird for many many years. While they have some issues. I am still giving them 4 stars. This location is great. Employees have come and gone but for the most part they have been very attentive to any transaction and banking needs and concerns. I chose another bank (Bank of America) to have for diversity and safety of my small monies. Well needless to say I closed that account.
