I look forward to taking my business elsewhere and warn all who are shopping for a bank in Glen Ellyn to consider Chase or another local bank if they value their time and money. Moreover, if they want to be treated like a valued customer I would avoid this branch and FifthThird as a whole. Inexcusable.
