We are from Plainfield and were in the area needing some cash so we stopped into this branch. Personally I don't like drive-thrus and if the lobby is open I will go inside just like I did on this visit. We walked in and smiles greeted us and everyone inside was friendly. Our transaction was quick and effortless so for that I give 5 stars but I gave 3 stars on my rating for one reason only and it will be explained below. I don’t have any problems with the branch at all Jared, John ,and Anthony all went above and beyond to help me because apparently the higher ups like to put blocks on your account without notice. The first block was I had to verify who I was by having a a second photo identification card like seriously and then today I wake up there’s another block on there because I tried to make a transaction now I’m being asked if I’ve traveled recently or used a VPN because of a transaction I made.
