Most unprofessional teller I have ever encountered. Went in to withdraw cash the teller handed back the cash in a envelope without counting it out
Horrible customer service and management.
Pulled up to teller. Waited over 15 minutes as teller was getting everybody on the inside. Another car pulls up and teller waits on them. I'm still sitting and waiting. They helped me after I know for fact when I said I was giving them a 1 star.
I am always greeted with a smile when I visit the Kroger Fifth Third on Loveland-Madeira Rd.
