Very nice and helpful
Very very poor customer service, ended up making appointment @ another facility.
Banker was extremely unhelpful. Didn't try to understand the problem, nor did he try to listen to me or follow what the issue was, very unempathetic. Ended up calling the customer service number and got significantly better help.
