Great customer service and attention to detail.
I remote deposited a check from my 401k for over 5000 on Aug 8. They said for a fee of $111 it would be available immediately, or available on Aug 11 for free. I had something I had to pay on Aug 12 so that was ok. But it was not available, even on the 12th. I called customer service, got hung up on while on hold the first time, so had to call back.
