On the 16th of April, 2025, I pulled into 5/3 on Mack and Gilmore rd., Fairfield. I pulled up to the drive thru window and was welcomed with the nastiest greeting since I've been a 5/3 member. Won't make this long and drawn but the lady has an attitude. On another occasion, I was in the process of getting my license and they hadn't come in the mail yet. Nice easy cash machine . Pain to get chance from tellers. If you don't have an account they won't give you the time of the day. If you do have an account and give them your debit card they then ask you for your ID. They look up your account and take forever to get the change. That's there job, why do they treat you like this just to get change.
