I went to send money to my grandson in college. I do not have the numbers to his account and always have to give him info to get the money into his,account. The people in the bank are always helpful and make sure I get the money where it needs to go. My grandson and I are very grateful to the people at 5/3rd
They could really improve their customer service skills. They're already mad at 9:01am. Geesh, we didn't do it!!
