Good service and very friendly people.
I got a new car loan and it was with fifth/third. I wanted automated payments, so I paid August payment, then they took a other payment out 2 days later that was due September 20. This caused a overdraft, no money for 5 days, its actually fraud. Left without anything because of their mistake. While they were eating donuts not caring about their customers. Ive neverseen dysfunctional professionals worried about eating donuts instead of helping customers.

I went to send money to my grandson in college. I do not have the numbers to his account and always have to give him info to get the money into his,account. The people in the bank are always helpful and make sure I get the money where it needs to go. My grandson and I are very grateful to the people at 5/3rd
