Been with Fifth Third since the 80's, never a bad experience. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
They have inexperienced managers that refuse to abide by legal documents making me executor of my father's estate. What a joke of bank. I've been with 5/3 for 17 yrs but I will probably be seeking a new one after this. It's signed by the judge and everything and they still refused.
