Very convenient and mostly helpful with my needs. I haven’t had too many issues, the one issue I did have was fixed. Definitely better hours than the main bank!
Horrible manager. I didn't get my license back yesterday. I went in this morning and was basically told its my responsibility. Then, as we were talking she constantly interrupted. I dont care how convenient it is, as long as this woman is there, ill never go back. Oh, she never bothered giving her name. She was so condescending, I feel sorry for her employees. This was at the Kroger location on Winton Rd
This is my neighborhood branch that I frequent while shopping at Kroger. This branch is FANTASTIC especially the manager Jeff. The tellers always go out of their way to ask about your day and have genuine conversation with you not just to pass the time. Jeff is a really genuine person even outside of work. I feel like I’m at home talking to my family when I’m there. One thing I can say is that I trust the people here and I appreciate my relationship with this Fifth Third.
