Would not trust this bank with my money!
If Its ( zero) I give zero Its the only 53 th bank where in the pass 20 yrs never felt "care for customer- or try and help customer) I wasn't at this bank by 8 mo. Now I went again and same hell. (I will never step again in.. but its close to my house)I prefer drive 10-15 mile to the bank where they care for customer. Its a shame.... but management don't care bc they anyways make their big money.
I am extremely pleased with the service and especially, the investment advice. They have managed my portfolio extremely well. Ashley Sullivan takes good care of my 401K. Christian, Zach, and Matt, are great taking care of my other financial matters.
Poor customer service. There are several very, very rude employees. They act like you are doing them a favor to do business at the Miami Township location. They tend to forget who the customer is. Very disappointing!!
Handling of the Paycheck Protection Program will make me look elsewhere for my business and personal accounts.
