5/3 has NO 24/7 support so when they turn off your card because of "suspicious activity" (shopping at my usual grocery store) you can't get your essentials. This is my money give me access to it! If no response by 8am tomorrow I will be moving my money elsewhere.

If Its ( zero) I give zero Its the only 53 th bank where in the pass 20 yrs never felt "care for customer- or try and help customer) I wasn't at this bank by 8 mo. Now I went again and same hell. (I will never step again in.. but its close to my house)I prefer drive 10-15 mile to the bank where they care for customer. Its a shame.... but management don't care bc they anyways make their big money.
