I prefer this to the bank next to Jungle Jims, but that location is open later. Bankers and tellers are always really helpful. I just wish you were open a bit longer. 8am-6pm would be ideal or 9am-6pm.
Place is a literal joke.
By far the worst bank I have ever had I deposited a check for $1,500 they told me it will be available the next day and the latest would be 3 days I called them 5 days later and they said it would take 10 and possibly 11 days For the check to go through I called the corporate office and they were also useless and seemed Oblivious with everything and acted like it was perfectly normal They had bad aditude and was being a smart a** on the phone
They couldn’t pull an image for a check I deposited I had to travel all the way to westchester on my V8 work truck to get the image from Cox branch
