People are nice but the drive thru has an excessive amount of spiders to the point where it’s hard to even use the atm
Wondered why I get 0 interest on savings. Said I was in a previous promotional deal. So have to AGAIN put 25 frickin THOUSAND dollars in to earn even a bit of interest. What BS. You mean 5/3 has savings accounts, but forget about earning even a nickel in interest?‼️ This bank is a JOKE . Can't wait to pay off credit card with them. (Accomplished ). We’ve had accounts at 5/3 Bank for years. Service always professional and personable. Like that the Fairfield location on Wessel Drive has two ATMs. One ATM feature I enjoy is the ability to choose exactly what denominations of bills will be dispensed.
Went inside Friday 6/27, to deposit check into Business account, instead teller deposit into personal account, over the weekend while out of town, notice it, moved money to avoid overdraft fees, just to see overdraft fees come Monday morning. Go in-person to see about getting the fees fixed, told they handle it in morning on Tuesday. Its now Thursday 7/3 and nothing has been done or any phone calls returned. Why have us fill out a deposit slip if the tellers can put money in any account without accountability
Dispenser drawer malfunctioned on ATM so we could not get our cash but it was still withdrawn from our account. Since it was after hours, the AI assistant said we had to take it up with dispute resolutions on Monday. Doesn't help now
