Trabaje con Personal Banker en 5/3 hace un par de años y conozco su política bancaria. Hoy me presenté a la sucursal de Evendale a pedir desactivación por cargos de sobregiro por segunda vez y la agente en lugar de darme respuesta y escalar el asunto a un supervisor, me ofreció sacarme con la policía. Cuando le dije que solo necesitaba que enviara un correo, me dijo que ellos son humanos y se equivocan, pero no se disculpó, solo pretendía hacer un conflicto mayor. Hoy llegué a pedir la desactivación de un servicio y la Agente bancaria personal me trató muy mal desde el principio, al parecer es racista y no es la primera vez que me maltrata como cliente. Es lamentable que contraten agentes bancarios que en lugar de ayudar, sean agentes de ultraje y exclusión.
