Fifth third is terrible. My husband and I have had our savings account hacked and fraudulent charges TWICE within 2 months. The first time this happened I just put it off as a freak accident and they ensured us they set up appropriate security measures to ensure this would never happen again. 2 months later another large sum of money has been fraudulently taken from our account. Worst location ever.
Terrible interaction with teller Debbie. If my interaction with her today is how she treats all patrons, she is in the wrong line of work. When I brought my concerns of her attitude to the manager, he was quite dismissive. This location should be ashamed. Do better! Already contacted corporate as they need to be made aware of Debbie.
