Terrible service!!!! I pity anyone unfortunate enough to come in contact with the female personal banker at this location!! Can you say vindictive? Unhelpful is a drastic understatement. When asked if she could help by reversing charges that were unmerited and excessive, she went out of her way to create more! After visiting another branch and seeing the courteous service you might expect, and having said charges reversed, I was told that this woman was "cold, heartless, and in-human!"
