Branch service is good (slow at times) but the 5/3 online/phone customer service is definitely one of the worst in the business. I applied for an additional credit card user back in Oct., which I never received - called again in Nov., where I had to provide all of the information again - but never got the card. Went by the branch a couple weeks ago requesting an update - they couldn’t help - so I gave up and got a card with another bank. Great customer service
Was excited to open a new account from my kinda outdated credit union. Thought things would be easier. I was wrong. Apparently funding the account is a nightmare. After running into so many limits and restrictions (i was moving a primary bank account), I went in with a paper check bc electronic transfers were all limited to relatively small amounts. Please ask your tellers to stop making comments about how large or small business deposits are. It’s unprofessional. Stick to the business at hand please. Small talk isn’t necessary esp when it’s insulting. Thank you
