Was excited to open a new account from my kinda outdated credit union. Thought things would be easier. I was wrong. Apparently funding the account is a nightmare. After running into so many limits and restrictions (i was moving a primary bank account), I went in with a paper check bc electronic transfers were all limited to relatively small amounts. Please ask your tellers to stop making comments about how large or small business deposits are. It’s unprofessional. Stick to the business at hand please. Small talk isn’t necessary esp when it’s insulting. Thank you
OK bank
The Harrodsburg branch seems to have employees not wanting to work and promote customer service. Pulled up in the drive through and was never greeted or thanked. The other time I called and was turned away from opening an account because it was 45 minutes to closing with a couple people in front of me. I use to work in banking and things sure has changed! :(
