Horrible experience. I entered fifth third main door to only get locked in the lobby by the two security doors. I was with my daughter to open her first checking account. I began to knock on the door and yell for help. Finally, a customer yelled at the 1 employee that was visible in the entire bank to help us. She finally opened the door, and I was able to leave the building that held us against our will. I went to another fifth third bank without a security gate to only find again 1 teller in the bank. I had the worse experience with my withdrawal.this girl with eye glasses was so rude to me and took money out an account that didn’t even belong to me! Wasted my lunch break at this place. Horrible experience.
I opened an account here, as I used this bank before and enjoyed it. I been twice to withdraw money and they tell me i don’t have any money. But failed to mention someone stole money from my account? I went in to open a new account and didn’t bother mentioning it. As my family tells different. I never understood how bank tellers trying to keep your money? I don’t recommend this bank. I know I have money as I own businesses 🤷♂️ thanks to my family
TL;DR: If you value your time, DO NOT BANK with Fifth Third. In this day and age, when better options exist, I’m not sure why anyone would subject themselves to banking with Fifth Third. Honestly, they have not a single competent individual employed at this branch OR their investment services. On top of the incompetence, they’re so moody. It makes everything so difficult to deal with when these two qualities are amongst their employees. I remember when this bank was run properly…… 6/25/24. sitting in line with two tellers….. one teller busy with a customer they other just sitting there complaining about how he wished he hadn’t of answered the phone. Never even acknowledged that I was there…. Sat the for 10 minutes quietly, curious when I’m going to be taken care of…… then they wanted 2% of a check….. like no flat fee to cash a check…. ?
