Had a ripped check, Zach taped it up and managed to get it deposited on the first try!
It is true that the bank is a little "old school" and could improve some of their services, especially as regards their business accounts but the people at this branch are so nice that I would rather put up with some of the inconveniences than go elsewhere. I wish they had Saturday hours but that is a minor inconvenience. The sign should be on the other side of the building too!!
EDITED - posted original 2 weeks ago... GOT ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY... THIS IS RIDICULOUS. (6.12.19) Disclaimer: I never write reviews so this speaks VOLUMES of my experience with this bank. I have NEVER come across such an incompetent business in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was set up for a personal and business account and had issues from the start (like being set up for bank accounts where I'd have fees pulled out each month for using the damn bank... something you should DEFINITELY tell someone before taking ... read more
