Fifth Third, the bank, has a way of messing with my checking accounts when I haven't even done anything to offend them-- closing accounts without notice, charging fees that over draw me, then charging me an overdraft fee, etc. Each time, I get irate and stomp downtown to this branch because I demand answers! *fist pound* And each time, the NICEST people fix EVERYTHING for me.
