I came into this location almost two weeks maybe three weeks ago and I received excellent service, I wanted to find out about direct deposit and all the one of the ladies took the time to show and tell me everything I needed to know, I believe her name was Francisca not 100% sure but she's really cool, I'll definitely be banking with them in maybe two or three weeks from now, just gotta tie up some ends with a few things but yes the service I received was outstanding
I love this bank I have been here for a long time. Customer service is on point. It's like family
Only scheduled 1 teller on a black Friday. How on earth do you think 1 teller is enough on not only a Friday but one of the busiest days of the year?!
