ATM literally just took our deposit and did not put it in our account. I am baffled. I have never had this happen at any other location or any other ATM. It didn't give me a receipt or an error message either. Just spat my card out and said "thank you have a nice day" DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IN THIS ATM
I've worked in banking for over 20 years and I've never seen such a blatantly racist bank. We sold our home and relocated to a state that 5/3 doesn't have locations. We received a check from our insurance company for about $1900 and deposited via mobile banking. This is a cashiers check. Generally those funds would be available next day. When they weren't released we called. The guy told us they "received word there may be a problem with the check". Either a stop is placed on a check or there's not. Autumn Vanderpool was SOOO helpful and her energy/happiness was contagious! I would definitely recommend going to her for your banking needs!
Lost my morgage payment for 2 months and never explained. This started a ripple effect due to their error but yet after 25+ calls was assured correction would follow. Instead just reported me twice to credit bureau. I will never do any future business with then again and I'm recommending to everyone I know not to do business with them. Beware deceptive practices and liars.
