This place is a joke. You go into lobby with only one person at the counter to take care of 6 people in Lobby and two cars in drive thru. Nora or Dawn are wonderful. The rest of the staff that sit at a desk and watch all this go on, tell me you truly don’t care about your customers. Some of us are here while working at our job and spending 30 mins to deposit money is crazy. Do better 5/3 this is not the first time either.
I wish you could give 0 stars. This branch/manager is a joke. The chic with long brown curly hair (the credit specialist that opened my account and was going to help me get a home renovation loan) actually went out of her way multiple times to call me and encourage me to sign up for the payrol advance program because it only charges $5.00 per $100.00 and I would not have to pay overdraft fees this way.
