I called ahead, I told them I had a big check that I needed to open an account with I take the bus cause I can't drive due to SEIZURES. I get to the bank 2 hours before they close and I'm told oh, we're short-staffed, we can't help you, you have to come back a different day. So the only days I get off work is Monday. And now I have to wait 7 whole days to go back to the bank and hopefully somebody knows what they're doing, because I can easily report it to Better Business Bureau, you call ahead and yet nobody can help you.
