Deanna was very rude on the phone. I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while, but keep your bad attitude at home! Don't take it out on your customers who have been banking with you for years!
This Fifth Third Bank gets my vote! Extremely helpful with the very minor thing I needed help with...a smple request. It really does matter which branch is called...Susan gets all 5 stars and deserves any business matters
I stopped in to the Center Road in Burton branch to chat with a representative. I spoke with Angela Pavlovich. She was understanding of my question ⁉️ She got into the computer to check what information she could find. Nothing was really resolved but both of us are going to do further research and revisit in a few days to see what we've each found out. Thank you Angie for listening and your concern. Lynda
The service is great but this getting locked out of my own card all the damn time is getting really old. All cause the mobile app messes up it locks my card. I'm ready to pull all my money out and find a new bank!!
