Their login online malfunctions way too much. Won't accept password and then locks me out. Too many times. The password is correct. I have tried every way I know of. Including copy and past of the password. And their number to call is not for checking but credit cards.
How about you alert your customers and let them know if you're going to increase their secured cc payments instead of letting us think we're good to go and paying on time, then charge us $38 late fee? I've tore up your secured card and will pay it off next week and cancel your services altogether. I've been banking with 53rd since 2013 both checking and cc, and your services have gone down the drain. horrible bank in regards to handling our mortgage. failed to paid our home insurance and now refuses to refund our money we give them. If this bank disappeared off the face of the earth the world would be a better place
I have a new mortgage with this bank and I am getting the run around. You have not paid my homeowners insurance and I will be cancelled as of Weds. I have been on the phone since last Weds and I am getting the run around. They tell me the main phone lines are down. Not My Problem. You have my money escrowed please pay my insurance.
They could make an efforts to understand their patrons. Increasing my Mortgage by $3000.00 per year with a shortage of escrow that is an administrative error on their part is not reasonable or understanding. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible.
The escrow didn’t pay my home owners in time resulting in cancellation. Thank you 53rd bank! Zero starts. Very limited hours in mortgage department and lack of follow up.
Got off the phone earlier with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
WORST BANK TO BANK AT!!!!! I opened up an account as an UBER drive as was told that I would get $200 deposited. After this not happening no on would tell me anything as to why, As I transfer money out of this account to close it, they allowed the transfer to happen twice, I called them to investigate and today got a letter from a collector, I looked in to my account and it is closed. So if you are wanting to bank with this outfit be warred, they suck at customer service.
Worst customer service ever with (alleged) customer service representatives!
